    With this non-destructive testing method you can distinguish various alloys of the base groups Al, Cu, Ni, Ti, Mg and many other stainless steel and sintered metals from each other.

  • Product description

    Test for mixed-up components

    The application confusion check is used to detect alloys in combination with the METALSCOPE [MI-LAB 2], to store them in the private database and to compare them with each other. Approximately 1,900 different alloys can be detected and distinguished.

  • Working principle

    Algorithms

    The methods used to check for confusion, such as sequence decoding, nearest-neighbor and machine learning are partly self-learning algorithms to compare the complex signal spectra between the sensor and the database and to indicate alloys found.
